TB: Not the most complex nose with a sweetness and the smell of banana taffy being the most prominent. Add 50ml of Gentleman Jack, a generous squeeze of lemon juice and a dash or two each of sugar syrup and your favourite bitters to a cocktail shaker, along with plenty of ice.
